Happy almost Halloween!!!
I absolutely LOVE Halloween, and now that I've moved from Florida to North Georgia I get to actually experience the seasons change and Fall is by far my favorite!
so to kick off the season I've made a few Halloween themed treats (mostly cakes, which I will be sharing on all social media and videos on my YouTube.) BUT for this particular treat I felt I needed to share the recipe just because I wasn't able to find anything too similar, and when I tested it, it turned out SO yummy, so I felt it would be selfish to not let others enjoy this treat as well!
I've also added a step by step recipe video for those who would like more of a visual :)
So without further a do, go ahead and scroll to see the recipe!

Ingredients
Brownie Batter
1 2/3 cup All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Black Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 2/3 cup Sugar
1 1/2 sticks of butter
2 Tbsp. Water
1/8 tsp. instant espresso
1 Tbsp. Milk
2 large Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup white chocolate (I prefer Ghirardelli, but all white chocolate is perfect)
Cream Cheese Filling
One 8oz Package of cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and line a 13x9 inch pan with baking spray & or parchment paper.
In a medium bowl sift or whisk together flour, Cocoa powder, baking powder and salt, set aside.
In a large bowl mix together Sugar, Milk, Vanilla Extract, Water mixed with instant espresso (you can even add coffee instead. Coffee brings out chocolate flavor), Eggs & softened Butter (you can even melt it for gooier brownies).
Mix dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, a little at time, don't over mix! and then fold in white chocolate. Set side.
In a small bowl combine Cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and milk and whisk until smooth & set side
Add half of the brownie mixture to your lined baking dish and smooth evenly, then add all of the cream cheese mixture and smooth evenly as well. lastly add remaining brownie batter on top and smooth once more.
Bake on middle rack for 18-25 minutes until toothpick inserted in the center comes out slightly sticky.
Let cool completely on the counter then decorate as desired!
Enjoy!!
